Creating templates campaigns are fairly straight forward.
However here are some points to note.

The excel/csv file that you upload should contain email column, that contains recipient address.

For a new domain, start with no more than 10 confirmed opt-in recipients in week 1.
The server blocks larger runs and more than 10 total messages in a rolling week by default;
raise the limits gradually only after seed tests and Postmaster Tools show healthy placement.

Send only to people with recorded consent. Unsolicited bulk mail can put the domain in Spam and
cause the email provider to suspend the mailbox.

Default Email column is the name column in your excel sheet that contains email addresses.

The rule in the follow up specifies if the mail should be sent to the
responded recipients.
